Audi Q3 Returns to India: Starts at ₹44.89 Lakh

After a brief hiatus due to BS6 emission norms, the Audi Q3 is back in the Indian market in its second-generation avatar. Prices start at ₹44.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Premium Plus variant, while the higher-spec Technology trim is priced at ₹50.39 lakh (ex-showroom).

Having been available in global markets since 2019, the Q3’s India launch was delayed by the pandemic. It now re-enters a competitive segment, going head-to-head with rivals like the BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, and Volvo XC40.

Design & Exterior

The new Q3 has undergone a bold transformation with:

• A wider Singleframe octagonal grille with vertical slats

• Large air intakes and sharp Matrix LED headlights

• Pronounced shoulder lines inspired by Audi’s Quattro DNA

• Sporty touches like a steeply raked C-pillar and roof edge spoiler

These updates give it a much sportier and aggressive stance compared to the outgoing model.

Interiors & Features

The cabin is driver-centric, featuring:

• A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster (standard)

• A 10.1-inch central touchscreen with Audi’s MMI interface

• Tilted AC controls for better ergonomics
